Althoff Woodshop, its owners, officers, and parent company (Red Gamut LLC) will be referred to herein as ‘Althoff Woodshop’. Althoff Woodshop reserves the right to change time frame and event details without notice (very unlikely). Althoff Woodshop and/or Operation Homefront are not responsible for how you handle this with your taxes (please consult a professional for tax purposes).

All winning bid or ‘Buy It Now’ revenue will be donated to the aforementioned charity LESS payment processing fees incurred (this cost is $0.30 + 2.9% of the transaction amount) and sales tax if applicable. Shipping costs that are charged to the winner of the auction will not be donated (shipping isn’t free and my pockets are shallow).

Any FREE SHIPPING promotions on the site do NOT apply to charity auction items (it would cut into the donation money).

Donation matching is based on the full bid / ‘buy it now’ amount only and item must be paid for. If you win an auction you are agreeing to pay for your item within 24 hours of the auction closing or you will forfeit any and all claims to the item. Items will be shipped only after payment has been received.
