When will I get my stuff?
Most items are made to order and not stocked. I strive to have the item made and shipped out within 7 days (unless otherwise specified). If it is something in stock, it will likely be shipped on the following business day.
Will my transaction be safe and secure?
Yes. To ensure your payment information remains secure we only use trusted payment gateways. all transactions are handled via PayPal on their website and your payment information is not stored here.

Will my shipment be insured?
Only shipments over $100 will be insured. The added cost will be absorbed in the freight rate.
How do you ship?
I ship items via USPS flat rate boxes and UPS depending on size. If you happen to be within a few miles of Shawnee, KS you can opt to get free delivery by yours truly.
What if I want to return my product?
I hope it doesn’t come to this, but if it does, please contact me via the contact form for a return inquiry. Please include your order number and a description of the problem. Any issues must be resolved within 30 days of purchase.
My item has a minor defect or slight imperfection, can I return it?
No two items will be exactly the same in the handcrafted process. Lucky you, your item will be one of a kind. If you want your item to look exactly as it does in a catalog, this is probably not the place. If there is indeed a defect, contact me for quick resolution.
