  • What is the deal with the Amazon links on your site?

    These are Amazon Affiliate Links. Buying items on Amazon via these affiliate links costs you NOTHING MORE than what you would normally pay. Amazon gives me a small kickback for sending you their way (hosting this site isn’t anywhere near free). This is covered by the Privacy Policy and Disclosures as well.

  • Will my transaction be safe and secure?

    Yes. To ensure your payment information remains secure we only use trusted payment gateways. all transactions are handled via PayPal on their website and your payment information is not stored here.

    We also utilize Stripe, which is secured via SSL and none of your card data is stored here.

    For added security, your ‘My-Account’ page and the ‘Checkout’ page are secured via SSL.



  • How do you ship?

    Items are typically shipped via USPS Flat Rate boxes, and UPS depending on size. If you reside within a few miles of Shawnee, KS you can opt for free delivery.

  • Will my shipment be insured?

    Only shipments over $100 will be insured. The added cost will be absorbed into the freight rate.

  • When will I get my stuff?

    If it is something in stock, it will likely be shipped on the following business day. If it is back ordered, it could take 2-3 weeks to get it out the door. I always strive to get orders fulfilled as soon as possible.



  • My item has a minor defect or slight imperfection, can I return it?

    No two items will be exactly the same in the handcrafted process. Lucky you, your item is one of a kind. If you want your item to look exactly as it does in a catalog, this is probably not the place. If there is indeed a defect, contact me for a quick resolution.

  • What if I want to return my product?

    I hope it doesn’t come to this, but if it does, please contact me via the contact form for a return inquiry. Please include your order number and a description of the problem. Any issues must be resolved within 30 days of purchase (or delivery date in the case of a back ordered item).
