What is with the Amazon links all over?

These are Amazon Affiliate Links. Buying items on Amazon via these affiliate links costs you NOTHING MORE than what you would normally pay. Amazon pays me a small amount for sending you their way which helps me out (hosting this site alone is no where near free).

Will my transaction be safe and secure?

Yes. To ensure your payment information stays secure we only use trusted payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal. Your payment information is not stored here.

Shipping

 

How do you ship?

Items are typically shipped via USPS Flat Rate boxes or UPS depending on size.

Will my shipment be insured?

Only shipments over $100 will be insured. The added costs are absorbed into the freight rate.

When will I get my stuff?

If it is something in stock, it will likely be shipped on the following business day. If it is back ordered it will take longer. If you don’t hear from me, please contact me.

Why isn’t there free shipping?

Because I am not price gouging so I can’t afford to do “free shipping” and stay in business. I at least try to subsidize it some. It actually costs more than $3.99 to ship something. When you get “free shipping” somewhere, you’re just paying for it in the price of the item... I would rather be more up front on the cost.

Why should I subscribe to the mailing list? I hate SPAM.

I hate SPAM too. I will keep the emails to a minimum (unlikely to go beyond 1 per month unless I have a really good reason which is unlikely).

Unique projects that aren’t likely to get more than one made will be for sale via the newsletter. Also in the rare event I have a sale, it will be the first (and often the only) place it will be announced.

How did you get my email?

The only emails on my mailing list are emails that are provided on this site. The site has had an email signup for 7+ years before I sent my first one.

I will never buy emails from 3rd parties, and I definitely won’t sell or give out anyone’s email on my list. My marketing friends raise their eyebrow at this but that’s fine.

Returns

 

My item has a minor defect or slight imperfection, can I return it?

No two items will be exactly the same that are hand crafted. Lucky you, your item is one of a kind. If you want your item to look exactly as it does in a catalog, this is probably not the place. If there indeed a defect, please contact me for a quick resolution.

What if I want to return my product?

I hope it doesn’t come to this but if it does, please contact me. Please include your order number and a description of the problem. Any issues must be resolved within 30 days of purchase (or delivery date in the case of a back ordered item). All sales are final on custom work / non-stock items.
