Handcrafted from quartersawn Wenge (does not rhyme with hinge), lined with Mahogany, and held together with dovetails and an Ebony clasp. This tea box holds 36 bags of tea like no other tea box. The Wenge has a unique texture that is hard to replicate with its hard and soft grain structure.
Why is this so expensive? My wife loves this box in her kitchen. We don’t necessarily want to part with it but for this price we will.
